Diaspora Engagement
The Tikar Nation is a people not only rooted in their ancestral homeland but also deeply connected to their communities across the world. Our Diaspora Engagement Strategy recognizes that Tikar descendants abroad are vital partners in shaping the future of the nation economically, diplomatically, culturally, and strategically.
A Global Family
Whether in North America, Europe, Asia, or other parts of Africa, the Tikar diaspora is made up of skilled professionals, business owners, scholars, activists, students, and community leaders who continue to contribute to their host societies while maintaining strong ties to their ancestral homeland. The Tikar Nation is committed to creating structured, meaningful, and reciprocal relationships with this global community.
Diaspora Liaison & Collaboration
Through dedicated Diaspora Liaison Offices and cultural consulates, we are establishing direct channels for collaboration on investment, education, innovation, health, advocacy, and diplomacy. These offices serve as bridges between home and abroad, helping diaspora members connect with opportunities, support local initiatives, and contribute to nation-building efforts.
Economic Partnership
The Tikar Nation encourages its diaspora to invest in productive sectors such as agriculture, real estate, manufacturing, and renewable energy. Incentives, guidance, and protections are provided for diaspora-led ventures that create jobs, transfer knowledge, and strengthen local capacity.
Advocacy & Global Voice
Beyond economics, the diaspora plays a central role in international advocacy, championing the Tikar Nation’s right to sovereignty and recognition in global forums, policy circles, and media platforms. Their voice abroad amplifies our story at home.
Culture, Youth & Identity
We support diaspora-led cultural organizations, youth groups, and professional networks to maintain identity, unity, and purpose among Tikar descendants living overseas. Regular diaspora summits, webinars, and development forums provide platforms for dialogue, collaboration, and cultural celebration.
Return & Reintegration
The Tikar Nation is also building systems to support returnees, those ready to relocate, or those who divide time between abroad and home. Programs include guidance on residency, property registration, and reintegration pathways for education, employment, and civic participation.
A Message to the Diaspora
To every Tikar descendant living abroad, the message is clear:
You are not far; you are family. And your place in our national journey is irreplaceable.
